Click the 
toolbar button and select Files or Packages to change your current display mode. The selected display mode will be applied to all folders as well as any search results. By default, both files and packages are sorted by date, though you can sort them however you prefer by clicking the column headings.
In Files view, you can click a file to download the file or you can click the subject to open the package to which the file belongs. If you click the subject, you will also be able to view and download any other files associated with the package.
Note: Individual files cannot be deleted. Only complete packages can be deleted.

In Packages view, a list of packages is displayed. To view and download package files, click the package subject.
